Or choose an Optional Experience to the south-west of the island, taking in Ponta do Sol, the Cabo Girão skywalk and Câmara de Lobos. Join a Local Specialist for a foodie walking tour that introduces you to Madeira through its flavours and culture. As you explore Funchal, learn how the island’s history has shaped its food scene, with local tastings bringing the stories to life. Visit the lively Lavradores Market, then walk along Santa Maria Street, known for its painted doors and murals.
