Marmaris arrival and transfer to your hotel in Pamukkale. Welcome to Turkey. Check into the hotel. A relaxed afternoon is waiting for you with fellow travellers and guide, arriving approximately 4 – 4.30 pm. Tonight you will meet your guide at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Today is the day to pay an early morning visit to the unique Cotton Fortress, the white calcium cascades, and also pay a visit to one of the first modern spa centres of the ancient world Hierapolis. Then we drive to Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight.
Tour the famous ruins of Ephesus, an important cultural centre of the ancient world. Explore 2000 year-old marble streets, the theatre, the Library of Celsius, a gymnasium, and Hadrian’s Temple. Take a short drive to see St. Mary’s stone cottage where it is believed Virgin Mary spent her last years accompanied by St. John.
Afternoon optional tour of Sirince. (Supplement applies)
Visit the ancient Medical Centre Asclepion in Pergamum and continue to a traditional local village for lunch with locals. Continue to Troy with its famous wooden horse before continuing on to Canakkale for overnight.
Morning departure for Gallipoli and visit to Anzac Cove, Lone Pine Cemetery, and Chunuk Bair, then drive to Istanbul for overnight. Farewell Dinner.
Half day tour to include: Topkapi Palace (excluding harem), Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar.
This afternoon optional Tour of Spice Market and half day Bosphorus cruise. Overnight in Istanbul.
Optional: Dinner with belly dancing entertainment. (Supplement applies)

Dress Codes
Modest dress is required for entrance to holy sites – Men: Long pants, Women – skirt or long pants and shoulders covered.
Hotels
On coach tours, hotels in regional areas (i.e. Pamukkale) can be of a slightly lower standard than the other hotels on the tour.
Porterage
Porterage for one suitcase is included in the tour price. Due to limited coach capacity, the single bag should not exceed the dimensions of 30”x18”x10” and not weigh more than 50lbs (25kg).
Sightseeing
All sightseeing tours require a moderate amount of walking around historical / cultural sites. This is particularly true in Cappadocia where walks can be up to 1 or 2 km long and where a good level of fitness will ensure you get a maximum enjoyment from your visit. On some tours you may visit a carpet or handicraft shop where the locals will show how their crafts are made. There is no obligation to buy any products at any of these places.
