Then cross the Northumberland Strait to Prince Edward Island. Pass pastoral landscapes and gabled farmhouses en route to Charlottetown. In UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lunenburg, join a tour with a Local Specialist walking past 18th century and Victorian architecture as your guide shares folklore and local facts. Then delve into Nova Scotia’s rich fishing heritage visiting the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic and see real Tall Ships. On any given day, you may see a launch of a model schooner or learn how to hook mats or spin wool. Continue on to Halifax to relive the highlights of your trip over a dinner with your fellow travellers this evening.
